How do I place an order for microspheres?

To expedite the processing and shipment of precision spherical particles worldwide we recommend placing orders directly on this website with a credit card.

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept payment via Credit Card, Paypal, and Electronic Funds Transfer (ACH and Wire Transfer).

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Yes, Purchase Orders are accepted for repeat customers upon approval.

The website allows you to check out with a Purchase Order. Please note that the order will ship after we receive and approve a copy of a formal Purchase Order which includes all of the following information:

  1. Purchase Order #
  2. Email address for confirmation
  3. Complete Ship To address with phone number
  4. Complete Bill To address with email address for sending invoices
  5. Shipping method
  6. Product Code, quantities, and price
  7. Total Order value

How are customs duties and taxes handled for international shipments of microspheres?

Cospheric follows the standard Incoterms® rules by the International Chamber of Commerce.

When international customers check-out on our website they are paying for the cost of the product and shipping to their location. This does not include any Customs or VAT charges, which are billed separately by the shipping company.

What is the minimum amount of microspheres, nanospheres or precision spherical particles I can order?

Most of our products (with the exception of density marker beads) are sold as a dry powder prepackaged by weight, volume, or count. Every product code and description specifies the amount of material per unit. Price per unit is for that amount of material. One unit is the minimum amount that can be purchased.

When will my order of precision spherical particles ship?

Typically orders ship within one business day. During Covid-19 pandemic we are working on a reduced schedule and orders might take upto one week to be shipped. Please allow extra time for processing Purchase Orders.

Can you ship collect to my account?

To expedite processing and to offer the best value for our customers, Cospheric has negotiated excellent shippping rates (both domestic and international) with major shipping carriers. As a company policy, we do not ship collect to account. Any exceptions to this rule need to be pre-approved prior to placing an order.

What is Cospheric's return policy? Can I return microspheres?

We accept returns of unopened stock products in resalable condition within thirty (30) days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee. Please Contact Us for an authorization prior to returning.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom made microspheres or on opened/resealed packages.

What is Cospheric's warranty on precsion spherical particles?

We guarantee the quality of our products to specifications listed under product descriptions on the website. The information we provide is correct to the best of our knowledge at the date of publication. It should not be viewed as all inclusive, but as a guide only.

Due to the variety of fields that Cospheric spherical particles are used in, we are not able to guarantee specific performance in a specific application. For these reasons, it is important that product users carry out their own tests to satisfy themselves as to the suitability and safety of the product for their intended applications.

Cospheric LLC shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from handling of or from contact with the above product.

Does Cospheric have international distributors for microspheres?

We ship precision spherical particles worldwide out of our California manufacturing facility and encourage customers to order directly from us.

If you are interested in re-selling our products in your country, you are welcome to do so. However, we do not offer distributor agreements, discounts, custom labeling or packaging.

Are all 2000 SKUs of microspheres, nanospheres, and precision spherical particles in stock?

The website is updated daily with the latest inventory information. However, it is possible that multiple orders for the same product might come in on the same day and a specific product might sell out. This happens infrequently. In that case we will email you and offer a recommendation for a substitute product.
