Q: What is the best way to place an order with your company?

Please place your orders on-line to expedite shipment.

We accept payment via Credit card, Paypal, and Purchase Order (with pre-approval).

If paying with a Purchase Order, please email a copy of the purchase order which includes all of the following information:

*Purchase Order #

*Email address for confirmation

*Complete Ship To address with phone number

*Complete Bill To address with email address for sending invoices

*Shipping method

*Product Code, quantities, and price

*Total Order value

Q: You ship all over the world, How are customs duties and taxes handled?

International:

Our standard terms are CIF from our California facility, we do provide customs compliant paperwork. We can ship collect to your account where all shipping and duties will be charged directly to our shipping account (there is a $15 customs paperwork charge). This is the best method to minimize customs delays.

If you check out through our standard website checkout you will be charged for transportation charges, and your order will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You will still receive a separate bill from the carrier for any customs and VAT charges associated with the import of the material these charges are your responsibility.

On special request we can provide you with a quote for DDP (delivery duty paid), where we will charge you for all shipping and customs duties.

Domestic USA:

We collect California Sales tax on all orders shipped to California unless you supply us with a California reseller certificate. We do not currently collect taxes on out of state shipments.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity or a minimum order amount?

We have no minimums.

Q: What is your preferred payment method? (PO, Credit Card, or Net Terms)

Initial orders are paid with a credit card, then we can evaluate for Net30 Terms.

Q: Do you accept American Express?

Yes but we prefer Visa/Mastercard.

Q: When will my order ship?

In Stock orders placed before shipping cut-off typically ship the same business day.

Allow an extra day for processing Purchase Orders, and orders shipped collect to DHL accounts.

Q: Can you add customer PO # on the packing slip?

Yes, this is usually done in the address fields.

Q: Can we ship collect to our shipping account?

Yes. We charge additional $15USD customs paperwork fee on international shipments.

Q: What is your return policy?

Most unopened stock products in resalable condition may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee. Custom products may not be returned. Please contact us for an authorization number prior to returning.

Q: What is your warranty?

We guarantee the quality of our products to specifications listed on the website.

Q: Do you have a distributor in my country?

We do not use distributors. For best service we ship direct to our customers anywhere in the world.

Q: Are products in stock?

Product Stock Statuses listed on our website are updated regularly and are 99.9% accurate.
