Q: You ship all over the world, How are customs duties and taxes handled?
Our standard terms are CIF from our California facility,
we do provide customs compliant paperwork. We can ship collect to your
account where all shipping and duties will be charged directly to our
shipping account (there is a $15 customs paperwork charge). This is the
best method to minimize customs delays.
If you check out through
our standard website checkout you will be charged for transportation
charges, and your order will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You
will still receive a separate bill from the carrier for any customs and
VAT charges associated with the import of the material
these charges are your responsibility.

collect California Sales tax on all orders shipped to California unless
you supply us with a California reseller certificate. We do not
