Silver-Coated Microspheres - Conductospheres Overview
Silver-Coated Microspheres - Conductospheres Loading
Conductospheres are hollow glass microspheres coated with silver metal to create highly electrically conductive microspheres to be used as a filler that is lighter than solid silver in paints, adhesives, and composites to provide electrical conductivity. Loadings as low as 20% by weight can achieve sufficient shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMI).
M-60 density: 0.15-0.42g/cc Varies by size.
Average Silver Thickness: ~50nm
